The first post

Hi guys! I have a blog with some other friends from UNSW and thought it might be a good way for all of us to stay in contact and check out what everyone else is doing (and where the jobs might be available!). I'm not sure if I have the most current e-mail for most people, and I'm also not too sure how I actually invite people to view this or whatever, but once it's all worked out hopefully we can have quite a few past and present Foodies involved :).
I'll get us started - I've been working up here in Brisbane at Harvest Freshcuts for just over a year now in QA. I'm keen to move on and/or up but haven't had the guts or much opportunity, and as my husband of four months Jason is doing a PhD in astrophysics at UQ up here I won't be leaving the sunshine state for a few years yet. I'm missing all you guys but it's pretty awesome up here as well!
